Please click Add to cart after choosing products to add the products to shopping cart. (If you are our member, you will get our member price after login by your ID and password).
You can modify the product and quantities in the shopping cart. Then click on check out to next step..
3.Shipping and billing address:
Please edit your shipping and billing address on this page. Please kindly notice you have to write correctly your detail street address. If your address is not correct, we will not deliver to you until address be cleared. You will see the total shipping cost to your shipping address.
You can add comment or special requirement of order on the comment form.
After you modified your addresses, please click on check out to next step.
4.Payment option selecting:
You billing address is the address you can receive your shopping bill which you can modify on this page.
We offer the 3 payment option: Credit card [Visa and Master], Western Union wired payment, Bank transfer.The default option is pay by credit card. Fill in required information of your Visa credit card or select other payment method you would like to use.

5.Order confirmation
Please confirm the information of your selected transportation and payment on this page. If anything you want to change, please go back to former page to edit.

About shopping tax
No Sales Tax

Pending
Order is pending, takes 1-2 days for credit card confirmation. Western Union wired payment takes 1 days after customer provide the Control number and Bank Wire takes 5-7 days after customer wire out the payment.
Confirmed, processing:
As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Due to the large number of manufacturers we deal with, processing time typically ranges from 24 hours to 5 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting the information to the appropriate manufacturer, and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the EMS transit time from the manufacturer of the item you ordered to your shipping address.
Delivered
Delivered means your goods are totally delivered and we will send email with tracking number. It takes 5-7 work days your you address. But some of the countries, takes longer time like France, Italy¡ for their restrict customs checking.
Partly Delivered
Partly delivered means some of the goods are delivered and some of them are still waiting for some reason as goods out of stock or not available.
Delivered, Partly refund
If goods are no longer available, we refund the value of missing part items to customer account.
Cancelled
Order be cancelled for some reason.

You can receive the goods in 3-7 working days after payment confirmed. We will provide the tracking number so you can track online.

The shipping cost based on weight and your location. You shall fill in your shipping address when checking out and our system will calculate automatically and give out the total shipping cost of your order.

All the products are insured, if got lost or broken, we will take the responsibility for exchange or resent.
2.General airline Shipping
Additional shipping options for customers are general airline shipping,
For some countries with strict custom such as (France, Italy, Brazil etc.). or some country (Holland, Portugal, Canada etc.) EMS or UPS cannot reach; we will deliver the products by this way. Please kindly notice it takes longer time about 2 weeks ¨C-1month to deliver the items.
3.Order Tracking
If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails.
Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject "Loveinsport Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.
When your order shipped, you will receive an email with the subject "Loveinsport Order Shipment Confirmation" that contains your EMS or airline shipping tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you. Since we ship directly from the manufacturer it is likely you will receive a separate Order Shipment Confirmation email for each item you purchase.
About exchange and return and refund
1.Exchange condition
Customers can exchange products when discontent about them as long as meet below condition.
a. The products should never be used£¬or they have quality problem and not made by human being.
b. Customers shall claim in 3 days after receiving the products.
c. Return with whole packing and accessories.

Follow condition belong to products quality problem.
a. Existent of fallacious and potential danger which harm to person or property.
b. Without use performance which should be have, except that there is explanation about blemish.
c. Unconformity with description or picture, products standard indicated on outer packing, production instruction.
2. Exchange checking
a. You may check products when received and ask express to refund to sender¡¯s address.
b. Please contact us when you are dissatisfied about products or there is quality problem in valid time and refund by decided method. [We will pay the freight fee of exchange]
3. Replace or Refund
When we received and test products refunded, if packing are in good condition and relevant accessories such as instruction and guarantee label completed.
a. The new and good products will be sent again same as last one if exchange.
b. Products expenses will return to customer by credit card or bank transfer.
